** Terms and conditions for "V & Co. Referral Rewards" promotion:
Eligibility:
The promotion is open to all previous clients ("Referrers") of V & Co. Realty who have successfully completed a real estate transaction with the agency.
Referral Criteria:
a. Referrers must refer individuals who are not already existing clients of V & Co. Realty.
b. Referred individuals ("Referees") must be looking to sell their home or investment property within the geographical areas where V & Co. Realty operates.
Referral Reward:
a. For each successful referral that results in the sale and settlement of a property listed by V & Co. Realty, the Referrer will receive a cash reward of $2000.
b. The reward will be paid to the Referrer upon successful settlement of the referred property.
Submission of Referrals:
a. Referrals must be submitted to V & Co. Realty by the Referrer in writing, either through email or a referral form provided by the agency.
b. Referrals must include the full name and contact information of the Referee, as well as the Referrer's name for identification purposes.
Validity Period:
a. The referral must be received by V & Co. Realty before the Referee initiates contact with the agency or its representatives.
b. Referrals received after the Referee's initial contact with V & Co. Realty will not be eligible for the reward.
Multiple Referrals:
a. There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make under the promotion.
b. Each successful referral that meets the criteria will be eligible for a separate $2000 reward.
Disbursement of Rewards:
a. V & Co. Realty will disburse the referral rewards via a method agreed upon by both parties (e.g., bank transfer, gift card) within a reasonable time after the successful settlement of the referred property.
b. The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Termination:
a. V & Co. Realty reserves the right to terminate or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.
b. In the event of promotion termination, referrals received up to the date of termination will still be eligible for rewards if they meet the criteria.
Compliance:
a. Referrers and Referees must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to the promotion and real estate transactions.
b. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the promotion will result in disqualification.
Decision Finality:
All decisions regarding eligibility and reward disbursement will be at the sole discretion of V & Co. Realty and will be considered final.
By participating in " V & Co. Referral Rewards " promotion, Referrers agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that V & Co. Realty's decision regarding reward eligibility is final.
